Scope and Eligibility
Silver Line warrants its Kitchen and Bathroom Fittings for personal household use only when installed at the original location by the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable. The warranty period commences on the invoice date and is valid only when the original invoice and warranty card are presented upon request.
Warranty Services
Repairs or replacements will be carried out exclusively by Silver Line’s Authorized Service Centre or approved service associates. If a defect is identified within the warranty period, Silver Line, at its sole discretion, may repair the product or replace defective parts with new or functionally equivalent components.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, improper installation, or maintenance.
- Harm caused by hard water, mineral deposits, exposure to corrosive materials, or failure to follow care and installation instructions.
- The use of abrasive cleaners (e.g., powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, chlorine) or abrasive tools (e.g., steel wool, wire brushes) that can damage the finish.
- Labour charges, or costs for removal, reinstallation, and transportation of the product for repairs.
- Any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or property damage.
- Components such as washers, rubbers, springs, other plastic items, and external accessories.
- Any demonstration or installation services.
The warranty becomes void if unauthorized personnel perform repairs or if the product is altered in any way.

Service and Transportation Costs
All expenses for repair or service—including transportation of the product, spare parts, or components between the Silver Line branch or Authorized Service Franchisee and the customer’s location—are to be borne by the customer at prevailing rates. Silver Line is not liable for any damage incurred during transit.
Replacement Policy
At its discretion, Silver Line may replace faulty parts or, if necessary, the entire unit. In cases where the original model is discontinued, a replacement of equivalent value will be provided. Please note, for replaced components with color or finish variations, an exact match with the original cannot be guaranteed due to potential differences arising from continuous usage.

- Silver Line reserves the right to retain any replaced component for quality verification.
- Although the company will strive to complete repairs promptly, no specific timeframe is guaranteed.
- Incorrect GST details provided during the online ordering process cannot be modified once the order has been dispatched.
- Customers must ensure that water supply pipelines are thoroughly cleaned and free from debris before product installation.
- Reverse osmosis (RO) reject water is highly corrosive; customers should drain it directly into the drain rather than into standard sinks or waste pipes.

Refund Adjustments
Should a discount be applied via coupons and a partial return occur—resulting in an order value below the discount threshold—the refund amount will be reduced by the discount originally received.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute related to this warranty, both parties agree to first attempt mediation before resorting to court or arbitration proceedings. Any legal action shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

- Certain accessory components may have a shorter warranty period if specified separately.
- Regular maintenance as per the provided guidelines is recommended to ensure optimal product performance.
- All warranty claims are subject to verification of proper usage and installation.
By using Silver Line products, you agree to these warranty terms and conditions as the sole and complete remedy for any warranty claim.
