At Silver Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you order directly from our website, you may return your product within 30 days from the invoice date. To facilitate a smooth return process, please ensure that you retain your original invoice and packaging.

  • Quality Assurance: All our shipments are carefully packaged to prevent damage. If you notice any tampering or damage upon unboxing, please contact our customer support immediately via email or WhatsApp, and consider recording a short video during unboxing as evidence.
  • Non-Receipt of Order: If you receive a notification (via SMS or email) that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, contact our support team within 24 hours so we can assist in tracking the shipment.
  • Processing Returns: Once a return request is received, we will process the return within 10 business days. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded if a return is initiated.
  • Third-Party Purchases and Custom Products: For products purchased on third-party platforms, please adhere to the return policies of those platforms. Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refund Policy
